Talk Abstract: Neuroimaging and lesion studies have shown that speech production requires an orchestrated control of multiple cortical and subcortical structures. Yet, our understanding of the complexity of organization and dynamics of neural networks controlling speech is very limited. In my talk, I will address several advanced methodological approaches that allowed us to gain insights into the large-scale topological and dynamic architecture of brain functional networks during normal and disordered speech control.
